• Every Sajja product is handcrafted; therefore, slight variations in color, print placement, stitching, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
• We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Sajja does not store your payment or card details.

5. Orders & Shipping

• Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email and/or WhatsApp.
• Most products are handcrafted and made to order. Processing and delivery timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and a complete unboxing video.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
• Approved claims will be resolved according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Coupon Code Terms & Conditions

The coupon code GET10 is valid for 10% OFF on orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹3,499. To avail the offer, the coupon code must be entered at checkout before completing the purchase. Only one coupon code can be applied per order and it cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated by Sajja. The offer is valid for a limited period and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not applicable to previous purchases. In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated after applying the promotional discount, in accordance with Sajja's Return & Exchange Policy.
