Yes! We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout. All Sajja products are thoughtfully handcrafted, and orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

What is your refund policy?

At Sajja, we accept returns and exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged condition. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and an unboxing video with our team.
